Sixteen Independent Fair Bits
One whole captured stake prices a complete four-by-four board. Sixteen independent fair bits select wall or open cells, giving 65536 equally likely boards. Walls have value one and open cells zero. There are no row-share stakes, later board redraws or choices of which cells to reveal for a different reward.
Count Enclosed Open Components, Not Cells
Connect open zero-cells only across shared horizontal or vertical edges. The raw score counts connected open COMPONENTS that do not touch the board’s outer boundary. A component containing several cells still scores one, not its cell count. Walls do not count; any open component reaching an edge scores zero. One isolated interior open cell surrounded by walls scores one. The same open area connected to an edge scores zero.
Exact Distribution and Weighting
Across all 65536 boards, 56560 have raw score zero, 8464 score one and 512 score two. Select linear, squared or cubed weighting before starting. Their exact means are 0.144775390625, 0.160400390625 and 0.191650390625. Gross multiplier is 0.96 times score raised to selected power divided by that power’s mean; zero remains zero. Exact unrounded expected gross credit is 96% of captured stake. This is not winning probability or a session guarantee.
Whole-Board Settlement and Auto
One captured whole stake is debited once for each board. A draw settles after its reveal animation, approximately 480 milliseconds. Settings and refill lock during settlement and an active Auto queue. Auto schedules at most ten rounds; Stop cancels future queued rounds while the current draw finishes and settles. There is no early cashout or cell-by-cell collection.
Saved Wallet and Optional Refill
The wallet begins with 1000 free virtual coins. Settled wallet and fractional-credit carry persist in browser localStorage. Only while idle with fewer than ten coins can manual refill set the balance to 1000 while retaining carry; it does not add 1000. Saved debited wallet and carry survive reload, but an unfinished draw is not recovered or refunded. No account synchronizes browser profiles or restores deleted local values.
